OUR OBJECTIVES

The ZIETs have been established by KVS to cater to training needs of the staff posted in KVs, Regional Offices and KVS (HQ.). The following role and responsibility has been given to ZIET, Gwalior.

   To design and conduct In-service Training, Refresher Courses, Workshops and Induction
     Courses for KV teachers/ Staff.

   To aim at capacity building

   To act as support system to clientele KVS regions/ K.Vs.

   To act as a resource center

   To develop programmes and innovative practices in school education.

   To conduct innovative experiments on teaching learning.

   To act as an agency for implementation of the schemes framed by KVS in particular and Govt. of India in      general.

   To document and disseminate information related to various aspects of education in KVs.
