The Zonal Institute of Education and Training (ZIET) at Gwalior is a subsidiary of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), New Delhi (Estd.1965)- an autonomous organization under the Department of Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India. The ZIET Gwalior is catering training services to 7 Regions of KVS. These are Bhopal, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Delhi, Jabalpur , Jammu & Lucknow .It also supports Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan in R& D work
